Delivery of Digital Patterns

  • All knitting patterns are delivered as PDF files via email immediately after payment.
  • You will also receive a purchase confirmation email.
  • Patterns can be accessed anytime from the “My Account” > “Downloads” section on the website.
  • There is no expiration date on your download links from your account.
  • If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • No physical products will be shipped.

Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of the products, no exchanges or refunds are offered once payment is completed.

  • No refund will be given if you purchase the same pattern more than once or by mistake.
